IDS follows strict confidentiality standards and complies with all HIPAA regulations applicable to billing and administrative support functions. By engaging IDS, the Client agrees to:

IDS does not sell, share, or disclose any protected information except as authorized by the Client or required by law.

6. No Legal, Clinical, or Financial Advice

IDS provides administrative, billing, and operational support. We do not provide:

Legal advice
Financial, tax, or accounting services
Clinical recommendations
Credentialing guarantees

All information on the site is for general informational purposes.

7. Accuracy of Information

While IDS strives for accuracy and high-quality performance, we cannot guarantee that:

Insurance verifications reflect the most updated payer rules
Claims will be paid by insurers
All payer or portal systems will function without error

The Client is responsible for verifying clinical coding accuracy, treatment notes, medical necessity, and plan coverage decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

IDS is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
IDS’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the 30 days preceding a claim
IDS is not responsible for payer delays, claim denials, software outages, or changes in insurance rules

Clients remain responsible for clinical coding, documentation, and compliance decisions.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites for convenience. IDS is not responsible for:

Content hosted on third-party websites
Security or privacy practices of other platforms
Accuracy of external information

Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website.
